Carver was a Godly man with a deep apreciation for God's creation:
"I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting system, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in."
Two more of my favorite quotes from him are:
"Learn to do common things uncommonly well; we must always keep in mind that anything that helps fill a dinner pail is valuble."

I totally agree. yeah, the turtle didn't like the cars part. but i did. i got those from a postcard i have with a bunch on it that i got at the museum in Diamond MO a couple of years back.

He was brilliant wasn't he? I remember studying him when I was a little kid.
I learned about him when, a couple of years ago, i went to visit his museum in Diamond Missouri. I was just thinking about him. He was an awsome guy. And I love peanut butter!!!
